Linda was quite nervous as her 14 year old son Derek was in the house while she was using meth. Derek knows his mother is addicted to Meth, but does not know she uses the needle. Derek also tried Meth but despises the fact his mother is a heavy user of Meth and other drugs. Derek wants to be a lawyer and jail all his family members which are using Meth, including his mother. The plaque on the wall reads : God could not be everywhere so he created Mothers. She has been up for five days without sleeping at this point. Meth users can stay awake for many days at a time, and sometimes weeks. Linda told us, that her record is 28 days without sleeping. Linda (40) is on the run from the police, and is facing a three year sentence. She has been more than 15 times in jail since she started using Meth, and three of her four children are in foster care (She was arrested recently after someone tipped off the police on her whereabouts, and will be in prison for three years.
