Groznyj, RUSSIAN FEDERATION: Chechen soldiers take part in a Victory Day parade in Grozny, 09 May 2007, during the annual celebration of the end of World War II. Russian President Vladimir Putin took a veiled swipe at Estonia on Wednesday during celebrations of the Soviet victory over Nazi Germany in World War II. "Those who are trying today to diminish this invaluable experience, to desecrate memorials to war heroes, are insulting their own people, sowing discord and new distrust between states and people," Putin said at a massive military parade on Red Square.
