Nepal's Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala arrived in India for a four-day visit, his first overseas trip since taking power in late April, an embassy official said. Koirala is travelling with an 18 member delegation which includes his finance minister and Nepalese businessmen. Issues such as economic and military aid are likely to be discussed, with Nepalese media reporting that Koirala is seeking an aid package of one billion dollars over the next five years for his cash-strapped nation.
