The store famous throughout Turkey and internationally employs 43 production masters, trained to hand-make Baklava to the highest quality. Baklava is a rich, sweet pastry made of very thin layers of filo and is held together by sugar syrup or honey and filled with various types of nuts, most commonly pistachios.
