ST PETERSBURG, RUSSIA - NOVEMBER 16, 2016: Filipp Budeikin (username Filipp Lis) appears at St Petersburg's Oktyabrsky District Court on suspicion of being involved in death groups for teenagers in the Vkontakte social network. Investigators have filed an arrest warrant application for Budeykin. According to Russia's Investigations Committee, eight online communities encouraging teenaged users to commit suicides were started on Vkontakte from December 2013 to May 2016.
