Bucharest, ROMANIA: British writer J.K.Rowling (R) adresses the media at the Victoria Palace, the Romanian Government headquarters in Bucharest 25 January 2006. Rowling, author of the Harry Potter books, will take part in a charity benefit to help the underprivileged children of Romania and Europe. Ten signed copies of her most recent book, "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," will be auctioned off during the evening.
