The international cap of England's Billy Walker awarded for the match against Scotland at Old Trafford in Manchester on 17th April 1926. England won 1-0. Billy Walker joined Aston Villa in 1914 where he remained for his entire playing career, retiring in 1934. A prolific goalscorer, he netted 244 goals in 531 appearances. He helped Villa to win the FA Cup in 1920 and holds the unique distinction of scoring a hat-trick of penalty kicks in a Football League match which he did against Bradford City in the 1920-1921 season. After his playing days, Walker became a successful manager, leading Sheffield Wednesday to victory in the 1935 FA Cup Final and coaching Nottingham Forest to similar Cup glory in 1959.
