(Original Caption) Members of the Vietnam Veterans Against the War (VVAW) gather here at the Peace Monument near the Capitol to protest the renewed American bombings of Communist targets in North Vietnam. The program called for symbolic burning of various peace documents, and a march up Constitution Avenue to the White House for "burial" of the peace documents.
