(Original Caption) 10/21/1964-New York, NY- This is the scene outside the Criterion Theater on Oct. 21 as the gala world premiere of "My Fair Lady" was about to get underway. Proceeds of the premiere, estimated at more than $100,000 from the sale of tickets, were turned over to the Will Rogers memorial Fund. A champagne supper following the movie attracted a glittering audience.
