(Original Caption) Miss Helen Keller started a campaign today to give radio sets to poor blind children of the city. The start was made at a luncheon of the Uptown Lion's Club in the Empire Hotel, Broadway & 63rd Street, members of the Lions Club and business men will be asked to donate money or complete sets.
