SUMTE, GERMANY - NOVEMBER 02: Migrants seeking asylum in Germany arrive by bus at a former office park that has become short-term accommodation for migrants on November 2, 2015 in Sumte, Germany. Sumte, a farming village located southwest of Hamburg, has a population of 102 and has begun receiving 500 migrants who are being housed in an abandoned office park on the village edge. The number of migrants at the shelter could reach up to 750 in coming weeks as Germany struggles to accommodate the unrelenting flood of migrants arriving at a rate of thousands per day. Authorities are distributing migrants seeking asylum in Germany at shelters nationwide, both in urban centers and in small, rural communities. (Photo by Sean Gallup/Getty Images)
