Local fishermen collect dead fresh water fish known as "popocha" which turned up at the Cajititlan lagoon in Jalisco State, Mexico, on August 17, 2015. At least 25 tons of fish have turned up dead in the lagoon in western Mexico and authorities are investigating whether a wastewater treatment plant is to blame for failing to filter out untreated material and thus reducing the amount of oxygen in the water. Mass fish death has happened in this lagoon before. AFP PHOTO / HECTOR GUERRERO (Photo by HECTOR GUERRERO / AFP) (Photo credit should read HECTOR GUERRERO/AFP/Getty Images)
