Security forces try to protect a Nigerian man accused of kidnapping a child from an angry crowd, on October 8, 2013 in Bissau, shortly before the man was lynched to death by the crowd which managed to grab him from a police car as officers stood by powerless. Two other Nigerians were lynched for the same reason today, according to a hospital source. The trio was killed after the disappearance of a young boy on Tuesday morning in the capital of Guinea-Bissau and after a rumour quickly spread across the city that the child had been taken by a group of Nigerians.
