University of Colorado President Bruce Benson along with his wife Marcy and flanked by regents and supporters, announces "Creating Futures", a $1.5 billion fundraising campaign benefiting the university. Benson says more than $900 million has been raised since July 2006 in a silent phase of the campaign and now the public phase will continue until the goal is reached. Governor John Hickenlooper, right, came to show his support for the university and the campaign and Benson presented Hickenlooper with a "CU" tie saying the governor "Never comes properly dressed".
