(HR) ABOVE: Dr. George Hegarty is the president of Teikyo Loretto Heights University at 3100 S. Federal Blvd. He walks on the campus of the school as he talks about the school's relationship with Muhaammadjon Gadoiboev. Student Alisher Rasulzoda, 18, right, said he knew of Gadoiboev and has heard rumors that he is in the midst of a trail back in their home country of Tajikistan. TLHU had used Muhaammdjon Gadiboev to help them recruit students from Tajikistan. Instead, he used much of the money to build a house and buy apartments, stealing the money from the students and never giving it to the school.
