(FILES) A file photo taken on February 10, 2012 shows South African defendants Xolile Mngeni (L) and Mziwamadoda Qwabe, both charged in the case of the murder of Swedish honeymooner Anni Dewani, standing in the dock in the High Court in Cape Town. Prosecutor Eric Ntbazalila said on August 8 that Qwabe had pleaded guilty to murder, kidnapping, robbery, murder and illegal possession of a firearm, and was sentenced to 25 years in prison in a plea deal. Mngeni has a malignant brain tumor that has so far prevented him from standing trial. South Africa is still awaiting the extradition of the victim's British husband Shrien Dewani, who is accused of masterminding the November 2010 killing in a murder set up to look like a botched carjacking.
