UTOYA ISLAND, NORWAY - JULY 22: (NORWAY OUT) Victims lie on the banks following terror shootings at a summer youth camp on July 22, 2011 on Utoya Island, Norway. Reports suggest that at least 84 were killed when a lone gunman, reported to have links to right wing extremists, posed as a policeman as he attacked youths attending a summer political camp on the island. The attack has been connected to the earlier bomb explosion which targeted government offices in the centre of Oslo, in which a further 7 people are believed to have been killed. A man named as Anders Behring Breivik has been arrested and is being held as the primary suspect. (Photo by Vegard M. Aas/presse30.no/Getty Images)
