BELFAST, UNITED KINGDOM: A man smokes a cigarette in Belfast, northern Ireland, 30 April 2007, as smokers can no longer light up in bars or other public places across Northern Ireland due a new smoking ban. Northern Ireland became the third part of Britain to go smoke-free, as a ban on lighting up in enclosed public spaces came into force. Smoking was banned in Scottish cafes, pubs, restaurants and work places in March last year while Wales introduced similar measures 02 April 2007.
