Singapore, SINGAPORE: This photo shows the bio-data page of a Singapore passport (L) and the biometric passport (R) which was unveiled by Singapore minister for home affairs Wong Kan Seng at the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) building 31 March 2006. One of the enhanced secure features of the new bio-pass are the contactless integrated-circuit chip embedded in the polycarbonate data page which can be read electronically to cofirm the identity of the passport's holder and also it has included on its front cover a logo of the International Civil Aviation Organisation's (ICAO).
