LONDON, United Kingdom: The British Liberal Democratic Party's new Member of Parliament for Dunfermline and Fife West; Willie Rennie (C) joins fellow MP's at the entrance to the House of Commons in London, 13 February 2006. Rennie will enter the Commons for the first time Monday after overturning the governing Labour Party's 11,800 majority vote in last Thursday's by-election.
