Britain's Prince Harry (C) talks to flood victim Alan Bailey (L) and Emergency Planning Officer John Blundell (R) during a visit to St Michael's on Wyre in northwest England on February 5, 2016 a village that was effected by flooding in December.
Prince Harry visited Weeton Barracks in Lancashire to meet soldiers who played a role in the response to severe flooding in the county in December. Following which he visited the nearby village of St Michael on Wyre to see the impact of flooding and speak to residents who were effected. In the borough of Wyre, 93 homes and 21 businesses were impacted as extremely heavy rainfall led to drainage systems becoming overwhelmed and the banks of the River Brock to break. / AFP / POOL / PHIL NOBLE (Photo credit should read PHIL NOBLE/AFP via Getty Images)
