British Prime Minister David Cameron arrives at the European Union headquarters in Brussels on July 16, 2014, for a special meeting of the European Council to tackle the jigsaw of the bloc's top jobs, the next step after the European Parliament approved the former Luxembourg premier as head of the European Commission. All eyes are on the coveted post of European Union foreign affairs chief, currently held by Britain's Catherine Ashton. Next comes the chair of the European Council, which represents the union's 28 leaders and sets its overall political direction in a quest to determine the EU's future for the next five years.
