12th June 1950:  Princess Marie Lilian de Rethy, wife of King Leopold III of Belgium, takes a photograph in the garden of their villa in Pregny, Geneva, where they are in exile. She renounced the title of Queen shortly after her marriage in 1941.  In the background are Leopold's children, Prince Baudouin (later King Baudouin) and Princess Josephine Charlotte, later Grand Duchess of Luxembourg.
