A new version of Octopus Paul leaves a box with a shell on October 10, 2013 at a restaurant in Barranquilla, Colombia. Paul's task was to decide in favour of one of the shells hidden in the boxes with the flags of Colombia and Chile respectively and thus act as an oracle for the September 11th FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014 qualifier between both countries on October 11.
