1 May 1994: General view of Ayrton Senna's wrecked Williams Renault after he crashed during the San Marino Grand Prix at the Imola circuit in San Marino. Senna suffered a fatal accident when the steering column apparently sheared leaving the Brazilian helpless as his car speared into the concrete wall at the Tamburello corner.
