Following the removal of fuel by the SMIT and NERI salvage teams, caretaking operations to remove belongings from the ship as well monitoring and maintenance operations on the booms were all completed today. Caretaking operations lasted 2 months and Salvage teams recovered approximately 560 m3 of garbage from the seabed and floating garbage coming form the wreck.
