Traffic goes by French football superstar Thierry Henry 's penthouse (C in black) in New York, September 28, 2010. The French footballer, 33, who just started playing for the New York Red Bulls, paid an initial 9 million USD for the top two floors of the building in the city's hip Soho area, and he has also paid $5.85 million for the apartment in the floor below his penthouse, to combine it into a triplex once the current owner moves out. The apartment features 5,607 sq ft (520 metres carre) of living space along with a 4,500 sq ft (418 metre carre) of outdoor space, including a bamboo garden.
