RUSSIA - FEBRUARY 01:  February 1943. After the surrender of Marshal Friedrich PAULUS's Germany Army in Stalingrad, hundreds of officers and rank and file prisoners crossing through the streets of the city. After the battle, the Soviets captured 60,000 vehicles, 1500 tanks and 6000 cannons. They took 94000 men prisoner, among them 2500 officers, 24 generals and PAULUS himself who had recently been made marshal by HITLER. The Russians lost 200,000 men.
